  • In St. Johns County, maximum heights are typically 4ft in the front yard and 6–8ft in the side lines and backyard. Local ordinances may differ, so verify beforehand.

  • Fences should be built within your property. It’s important to have your property lines surveyed to avoid encroachment. We can help with local zoning rules for setbacks and positioning, especially on corner lots or near sidewalks.

  • We offer a one year limited warranty.  After the first year on the  property, Brock Fence is able to repair with cost subject to the amount of damage.

  • Yes, but it’s not required by law. Any agreement should be in writing to avoid disputes.

  • Materials must comply with HOA requirements—wood must be pressure-treated due to humidity and termites; chain link needs to withstand high winds. Vinyl and aluminum typically last longest and demand less upkeep.
